Welcome! I think Bigger Pockets is the best tool out there for REI, both new and veterans! There are lots of local investors that are ready and willing to offer advice as you can already see!

While I don't think of myself as a good resource for investors themselves, I defiantly can be a resource to qualify and finance future buyers of your properties should the need arise!

That is a great idea! I would but I am in NKY and that would be a little far for me. I may post this for my area too! I think smaller, more intimate meetings are where you develop those lasting relationships. Hope you get some takers!
