I have been research on the best sites/programs in which I should post my listing to get the most views and attention. Most results provide the same sites such as Zillow Rental manager, Apartments.com, Avail.com, Etc. I am looking to see if anyone has any additional insight or options that they would like to share that worked for their properties.

Hello all! I am looking to rent out my Condo (in Minnesota) for the first time and would love to hear from experienced landlords that have already been on this journey. While I am pretty confident have everything I need, I am sure that there are a lot of factors that I have not accounted for due to my inexperience in this field.
