Hello - looking at purchasing a home that needs a full rehab and is currently not livable. Home price about $100k. Trying to find out what my options are for a loan? This will be an investment property that I will rent out. I have good credit (740+) and money down. Haven’t heard back from a lender I reached out to so figured I would post here.

@Christopher Blanco I'm in Atlanta and switched my primary residence to a rental. I was going to form an LLC, but Wells Fargo told me it would be a violation. I haven't dug an deeper though

Thanks! Its Fulton county it Atlanta. Appraiser said is 101 but can’t find anything about it online. Appreciate the reply 

Hi everyone. I have a 1,145sqft condo. It’s a 1/1 with a sunroom that is about a 80sqft room with 7 windows. I built a closet in to the wall and added double panel doors. The appraiser said that since you have to walk through the living room to get to a bathroom, it can’t be considered a 2/1. Anyone hear of this before? Newbie here. Thanks
