So I live in the southern part of Vermont which is Brattleboro. I am borderline Massachusetts and New Hampshire which is a 10 minute ride either direction. Question. Is is possible for me to wholesale in all 3 states seeing as though there aren’t an abundance of leads in the state that I live in?h

There isn't a REIA located down this way. What is the name of the one up that way. I have a few friends that I visit ever few weeks and would like to attend as often as possible. I have an outgoing personality and would like to network as often as possible. I drive commercial vehicles 60-70 hours a week and when I'm not doing that I'm researching and listening to podcasts.

Anyone ever done so much research and when it came time to act, you get the bubble gut. I’m not second guessing myself, but I need a formula from start to close when it Comes to getting my first house under contract. I’m a Newbie who doesn’t have a mentor, and it just seems like there isn’t much wholesale going on in southern Vermont SMH! HELP....
