I'm a newbie but I train a lot on understanding real estate investing meaning I'm picking up that phone having those difficult conversations, going out touring properties improving my awareness of recognizing a good deal. I been taking bigger pockets advice on just getting out there making mistakes, sounding crazy and I've been improving slowly but surely.My target is multi-family mainly 2 flats. I want to connect with some local real estate investors in the Chicago area (englewood).

 My name is Lonnie and i'm very passionate about real estate. I believe if I put my all into it I could reach financial freedom and independence and I'm willing to put my all into it.
