Just thought I would make a quick list of newer developments that I believe are notable to the housing market. Good potential for appreciation in these areas. Let me know if anyone wants to talk these areas more.

1. Rocky Mountain Power Development (North Temple, SLC) - 100-acre redevelopment with office, multifamily apartments, and retail

2. Triple AAA baseball stadium in Daybreak

3. Flury of downtown multifamily developments (Astra Tower, Post District, West Quarter)

4. Vineyard downtown development

5. Draper prison development

As an agent in your market, I would recommend holding for the time being. The market is not posed for you to get top dollar and interest rates make things more complicated. Try using a HELOC but my advice would be to hold onto the property. I have a property with 300k in equity in Provo but not willing to sell as I don't have a good place for that money right now.
