@Kyle Scofield @Rob Lehmann

You both have provided great points that have put my questions to rest! Another major part of RE investing which I forgot about was leveraging, which of course allows you even greater returns!

Thank you,

Logan

Hi there,

I am confused as to if RE can give better returns than investing using index funds.

After reading into profits for apartment buildings, it seems to be from 8-11%, although that is around how much successful index funds are doing today, but with more work involved.

What is the appeal of real estate investing you are finding?

Thank you so much,

Logan

So many of the success stories I hear seem to have real estate as a side job unrelated to their major then it turns into a full time job.

Is it better to:

-Go to college (WHICH MAJOR)

or

-Not go to college, put $ to investing in real estate
