@Ramy Man I have used it for a couple of years and it is a great site once set up. It seems to be tenant friendly too. I do not pay for the quicker deposit option since the payment alerts are fine on letting me know it’s in process. I do load my docs for storage to their site and that works well too. I recently started using Stessa to have a better visibility of my financials and I really like their interface. On first usage stessa is good for long term rentals. For an Airbnb I have you have to sort of hack the set up to use if for a short term tracker. I like to see them improve on that side of it. But for long term rentals Stessa is good and Cozy a great free option if you have a few rentals. Since they are free you can’t go wrong with trying them out for your self to see if it fits your needs. Best of luck!!

Yes. It's in berryville. I have a banker but he is out of Harrisonburg and quoting me around a 5% rate. I haven't looked too much but I was hoping to do better. I would love to speak with your contact if you are willing to share the info. Thanks for the help!

I'm looking to do a cash out refi on an investment property. Where do you go for best rates and options? Local bank vs large. Which is best? Or are there other options that are better?
