Hey @Kevin Murphy,

I would recommend G and G Titles or Smith Thompson Shaw Colón & Power P.A.

I have used both companies a lot and they are excellent.

Quote from @Shyam Mallesh:

Recommend good property management companies in Tallahassee for multifamily rental.

Pls let me know their fee and charges and your feedback/experience.

Appreciate all your inputs.

Hey Shyam, as an Investor Broker and PM in Tallahassee I have also struggled with this same question for years. I have not yet found a great PM company in town. I will say, there are a lot. Some will work better for you than other based on your goals and what type of multifamily you own. I would also recommend interviewing at least 5 local companies and also consider using a big national company depending on the size of your portfolio.
I ended up creating my own in-house PM Company, this was the best solution I found in the Tallahassee Market. Happy New Year!

There is a commercial space for sale in my area that used to be a haunted house or something. The building is vacant now and is right across the street from a college campus and is surrounded by student rentals. I am looking to revamp and turn the space into a bar to rent out. My biggest set back is nailing down an idea of the income it would bring.

Please let me know if you know of any ways commercial building owners come to a rental price for the bars or clubs.
