There should be tons information in this website about financing your flip for sure. Search on financing topic, also their post casts are very good. I am starting out as well and financing is major component in this business. Take your time researching and don't give up, join the local REI club also. Keep us posted on your findings and good luck!

Thank you very much for your warm welcome! When I relocated from FL for my job, I went to Kingsport to report; it's a very nice area. I am so glad to find people from TN in BP too! Well, I am interested in income producing properties, like SFH to start off and later on include multi family properties.

Any REI clubs in this area? I haven't found any in here, only in Memphis!
