Hey BP family, I'm looking to see if anyone in the BP family has used freedom funding? It's sounds good but if they are asset based lending why do you have to pay before you even have a property under contract? Thanks in advance Larry

Hey everyone my name is Larry. I'm fairly new to the real estate investing world. I come from the retail and finance world with experience in mild home renovations which lead me to wanting to become an real estate investor. I'm not all that interested in doing big flips, but the buy and hold, multifamliy, and note side of the business. I'm a fast learner and open to advise any experienced investor my have. Looking forward to growing with the bigger pocket family.
