If the property has carpet go to a grocery store and buy Borax spread into the carpet and repeat every 2 due until infestation is gone. If Borax isn't an option, check online for Flea Enforcer or Demon at your local DIY shop. Good luck.

The address didn't show up and in certain areas here in St. Pete that's not completely uncommon but to get a better idea about the price changing check the property appraisal site.
