Thanks everyone! I am possibly looking for investment property (SF, multifamily, or anything with good cf) north of Atlanta. Is there any county that still has good cashflow and do you potentially see a slow down in the near future? It seems that the housing market is way too hot right now and I am hoping it is time for a correction

I have a condo in Westchester NY that I will like to sell, and I was wondering what's the best way to sell without an agent. I did some due diligence and I am contemplating posting on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Realtytrac, Movoto, and maybe Craigslist? Any recommendations or thoughts will be much appreciated.

The problem is that since I am very new in the industry, I don't even know where to start with, so to answer your question what am I trying to find? A structured information on real estate investment, more like a real estate 101 class stuff. Since this is a blog, information is everywhere. Please don't take it the wrong way. i am currently reading up on foreclosure stuff but I just wish things were more structured..

I am sure there is plenty of information. Problem is that they are very unstructured and it is difficult to learn since they are in a blog format. Or am I not being able to find the structured version???
