I am using it now, it is a pretty good system but is kinda limited. it has good marketing lists to choose from and the ability to direct mail post cards from inside the software but no yellow letters just regular letters. They offer a free 30 day trial, I'm considering checking out Realflow I heard pretty good things about it however I believe it is a little more expensive.

I want to start using "bird dogs" for my business in New Jersey and understand that there can be a gray area in regards to paying them. Can anyone help suggest some ways that I can pay them in New Jersey that will keep me from getting in trouble and it not be considered brokering.

Thanks Lloyd

I'm looking to hire "bird dogs" for my real estate investing business in New Jersey but I understand that there is a fine line in  regards to paying them. Can anyone advise me on what are the best ways I can pay them without getting myself in trouble? Thanks
