Good to know. There's actually 2 notices about liens. But the $$ is insanely high. One is for 250k and the other for 3.5mm. Guess I'll keep investigating.. but probably should stay far away from this property.

Aside from Loopnet, what other resources are out there to find good commercial real estate properties? I'm primarily looking at older brick buildings in smaller market metro areas. Thanks in advanced

While we are on the subject, I was told that setting up 2 LLC's was ideal -- that way each could effectively do business with one another?
