I think you misunderstood me. I can have specific properties sent to my email by my agent from the MLS. She can also send me comps.

Thanks for the great responses. The first Realtor that I was talking about was having family issues so I decided to look elsewhere. I found Kim on here and it looks like a better fit. Thanks!

Hi all,
1- increase my buyer's list. It's pretty thin right now LOL!
2- Get the right real estate agent on my team- I believe I already accomplished this- Thanks Kim Handloff!
3- Get 1st property under contract.
4- Learn more about HML and private money to fund double closings.
5- Attend an DIG (Diversified Investor Group- Pa REIA) meeting.
6- Network more on here and away from the net.

Welcome. I live in Levittown and just beginning again to start wholesaling. I'll explain that long story sometime in another post. Anyway, sounds like you are off to a good start. Hi all,
I am trying to find comps and ARV for a property of a motivated seller. I don't have access to the MLS as my Realtor is taking care of her sick husband and has not given me access yet :cry: and Zillow seems so inaccurate. I have no money to get a monthly subscription to other online real estate websites. Are there any other free websites to check comps and ARV for properties? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
