Hi everyone!

I'm really glad everyone is posting and responding in this thread.  I believe in collaboration and learning from one another especially if you're new and starting out in real estate investing.  Definitely, a great way to meet other investors and learn from other investors is to attend meetups, masterminds, and trainings!  I'm hoping I'll see and meet everyone at the upcoming meetups!  Let me know if you're also planning on going to the Bigger Pockets conference coming up here in San Diego!  Let's all plan a meetup for that as well!
