No its a quit claim deed the purchase was made in Pennsylvania
To my understanding, I do own the property. He sold the property to me and he registered it with the county.

Hello fellow investors!
I just bought some land and I already have a buyer. Now should I wait for the title to come in before making a contract with the buyer or can I go ahead and make the deal?

With the option to purchase agreement once you find a buyer for the property, how do you transfer ownership when you dont fully own the property?
Do you finish buying the property then selling to the buyer?

I'm currently investing in an area that is not so great, but as long as you see potential in the property, you'll make a good profit on it.
Whats a bad area to one person seems to be a descent area to another.

You can always follow up with the owner every 3-6 months. You never know what may come up in their lives that will force them to sell.
You can also put different scenerios in front of them so they can see that they are better off selling it now. Eventually they'll give in

There is a book called How to make money on Real estate options by Thomas Lucier. It pretty much tells you everything you should look out for when you are considering doing business like this.
