Im not sure yet, it really just fell in my lap to be honest lol! I know a guy that needs badly to get out of his payments. He owes 5 grand and thats what im giving him. I really have not thought much about what the best option would be...

Ok so here is what I need to know..Im buying a property with cash, what do I need to do to get the title transferred to me? I know I need to get a title search done but then what? Do we Need to go to a real estate attorney? Title company? Both? Ive got the cash to buy today so what exactly do I do next?

@Ty Burns Thats what im thinking because I do have some money saved and I could use that towards the rehab. Saving up the money slowly is not exactly that apealing to us
Because there are a few places I've got my eye on and want to move rather quickly. Do you use the same lender all the time?

What option does one have when the bank is not willing to lend?
I've got great cash flow from another business I own but... because i already have a mortgage on my home and my credit is "fair" would a private money lender or hard money be a good idea in the situation? FYI I'm trying to do a rehab project.
