Fair credit, not enough capital
What option does one have when the bank is not willing to lend?
I've got great cash flow from another business I own but... because i already have a mortgage on my home and my credit is "fair" would a private money lender or hard money be a good idea in the situation? FYI I'm trying to do a rehab project.
