Lesley

I appreciate the information that your guys provide. First, That me explain the situation we had. We had a referral mortgage broker in TX who has an offer to us 30%-40% down 5.5%-6.5% interest ,before we posted on BP, but we are hoping to get 75% loan to value if we could find a local mortgage broker who know the Chicago area well, and lower interest rate. We are using buy and hold strategist,100% occupied multi- family apartment, south Chicago, 20% cash on cash back. It seems hard to get, please help . We can either set up Corp or LLC.

Thank you very much for replying, I have send emails to your guys.

Hello BP Members,

We are investors from Surrey, BC, Canada. We are trying to purchase our first small Multi-Family (5+ units) apartment in the Chicago area for approx $500k.

We have 2 challenges that we are facing:

  • Banks or brokers willing to lending to Non USA Residence
  • Finding a local financial institution or broker who is willing to lend under $1M.

If there are lenders out there that anyone is aware of who can help us, please let us know.

Thanks,

Lesley Wan
