I’ve had this happen before so I’m really scared to trust someone when they ask for a deposit now and they push you to make a commitment or you won’t be approved.

I’m looking into it, but yes I have a BK discharged for 3 yrs now. Trying to start out in investing. I don’t know all the options in financing and with the BK I’m trying to see what I can do.

I am looking at getting a few properties through a turnkey provider and the lender has quoted me (new invester) 9% for a year interest only position and 1% for the origination fee. Does that sound reasonable?

I'm looking at purchasing at least 5 SFH Turnkeys in various states. I'm in need of a private lender who I can work with. I don't have a property (s) as of yet because I'm trying to setup this end first before I go shopping. I will be going through Maverick Investor Group, but before I can get the properties I have to have earnest down payment to hold them and then pay the remainder of amounts. They will need Qualification/Commitment letter from you saying exactly what you are offering and showing your commitment to be able to do so.

Could I do a pre qualify?
