How to Use a GOOD PROJECT (75% ARV Hard Money Loan) AND GOOD CREDIT (US Citizens with 670+ credit scores who qualify for unsecured loans) to get up-to-100% Financing for US Real Estate Projects, including Fix and Flips, $200K-$2M USD

STEP ONE: Email [email protected] to apply for an Unsecured Loan (i.e. Gap Funding) for US Citizens with Credit Scores above 670.

@Jay Hinrichs Definitely true - know your lender and do your own due diligence.  There are a lot of scammers out there, as well as well-intentioned brokers and borrowers who want something to be true, even if it unfortunately isn't. 

BTW, I'm revising my website, removing some funding programs, and focusing solely on funding sources I feel my borrowers have the most chance of success with.  (See my blog post about rethinking upfront fees for more info on my reasoning and experience).  That will be done in the next few days, so check out the website later for more info.
