Hi Cha,

One of our prebuying calculations is to see if the property can be rented out at a profit if you are not able to sell. Sometimes waiting out the market is the answer.

We work with many investors and have found that there is a lot of information that is either not being taught in the classes that are currently available or is not accurate for our market. We have put together a class that will cover a variety of topics that we know are important for residential real estate investors to understand before they buy investment property. Here are a few of the topics that will be covered:

  • investor goal setting
  • financing options
  • analyzing properties
  • finding properties
  • making strong offers and due diligence
  • management/rental laws
  • exit strategies

We will be presenting a system to find, analyze, purchase, and exit – with the most important goal of knowing your numbers before you buy. The class is for investors that want to work on their own or work with a Realtor. The knowledge and tools will make your purchasing decisions stronger.

You will leave class with a customizable strategy to find and analyze residential real investment properties. A clear understanding of what to ask for and look for before you make an offer, what to do once an offer is accepted and how to plan your exit.
