Have you already signed paperwork?  If the loan hasn’t been completed and the amount of money they are going loan you is within your what they consider you can payback.  I wouldn’t think that would be a problem. This is me being logical and understanding banks want to make as much as possible from fees.  Don’t take this as gospel.

Thank you. I try to have the minimum communication with her. She is good at game playing and not very pleasant person to talk to

Doesn’t matter if she is pleasant or not, you are risking your property being burned to the ground via an electrical fire.  The fact that she told you makes you more liable.  Go put eyes on your property, or have an Electrican do something.

It's like when crocs first came out they were the weird comfortable shoes/clogs then people started wearing them more places then the market got saturated and they fell off hard in around 2008.  Now they are back in style the company is stronger because they almost went under and had to figure things out in order to survive.  Airbnb will always have a marketplace just like hotels.

if you are going to paydown 40k why not just get financing through a bank?  How much do you own on the note? If you are close to 10-15% you can get a loan pretty easy.

that isn't the primary onlyfans account that is the backup account.  If the potential renter had made 50k since February, would you rent to them?

What can a politician do to lower taxes? The money has been allocated and probably already spent.  The easiest and probably the most lucrative for the state is to legalize weed.  You can put a big sin tax on it and people won’t complain.  Anything else will be a tax somewhere else for someone.  If they lower property taxes how are schools districts going to get proper funding for these new big mega schools that are popping up in the state.  There is a cost to having high appreciation.

Slow your roll, I’m all for taking risk but when it comes to your house that is your domain.  Don’t be so quick to give it.  Just my interpretation of the situation.

What’s going on with the sewer lateral?  If your money is funny go to the city and just let them know you need a little bit of time. Cities are giving grace periods due to hardships people are incurring right now.  Take this from a guy that doesn’t know jack about Cali real estate law or code.
