Thank you to all your responses. I consulted a CPA and Lawyer today and both said for single property, i dont need an LLC at this time but to purchase a good liability insurance. I currently have 1M coverage + the regular home insurance. Should I get additional unbrella insurance? Thanks

I apologize for my ignorance, I am planning to purchase a jetted hot tub for my vacation rental property to maximize rental pontential. Can I deduct the purchase cost (getting a used one), installation cost, electrical cost, and monthly maintenace cost when I file my taxes? Please advise. Thank you
