To answer your original question, I like Navy Federal for the long draw period of 20 years, followed by repayment period.  Your local community banks and credit unions will likely have HELOCs.  


 they do ... on principal residences only.  ;-(

 Happy to refer my lender I have worked with in the past. Just so you know they wont be cheap money on the investment property.
