RAISE $4 MILLION DOLLARS WITH PRIVATE PARTNERS -- A NUTS & BOLTS GUIDE
People do not have the same trust in financial institutions that they once had. Many are looking for investment opportunities outside the stock market. Raising private capital can help others achieve financial freedom, while you, as the deal sponsor, work toward achieving the same goal.
This month, the Comal Hays REIA welcomes Amazon #1 Bestselling co-author of "The One Thing Than Changed Everything", Inaky Strick. As former director of investor relations of a private real estate investment firm, Inaky helped to raise $4.6MM in 6 months. His experience extends from single family residences to mobile home parks and international resort properties. Inaky's presentation will provide an overview of raising private capital, to fund your deals.
Some of this month's presentation highlights include >
- Why Use OPM (Other People's Money)
- The 5 Principles of Raising Capital
- Putting Your Team Together
- How Fund Managers get Paid
- Pros & Cons of Investing in a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
In addition to learning from Inaky's presentation, attendees will receive a free autographed copy of his bestselling book. This very unique opportunity to learn about raising private capital, to fund your deals, is not to be missed.
Inaky Strick is a Realtor at Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, and helps qualified investors build their cash flow and grow their wealth by providing opportunities to invest in real estate. His experience extends from investments in SFRs, mobile home parks to international resort properties. Inaky believes if you want to be successful at anything, you must surround yourself with the best people and teams.

Since our first meeting in 2015, the Comal Hays REIA has been a nuts and bolts group, diving into the details of investment real estate deals and dollars. Some of the best information is shared informally, between those who show up. Come prepared to learn and to participate.
This month's venue, the San Marcos Public Library, is located right off of the city's main drag, E Hopkins Street. This is the first time our group won't be meeting in a coffee shop. We've secured the large meeting room, located to the left, as you enter the main entrance vestibule. The library opens at 10 AM. We'll be there to set up during the first fifteen minutes, but you're still welcome to join us at 10! Coffee will be provided.
