Thanks for the replies so far. I'll keep looking around. 

There was a pretty good map of war zones and opportunity areas someone posted here a while back that I found, and it listed Lawrence as high opportunity (avoiding the spots on Post). Would people agree with that, if we were to steer clear of 46218. 

Hi all,

We are looking into a buy and hold cash flow property in Indy and have heard bad things about this area, 46218. I know Indy can be block by block, but can anyone point to any area within 46218 they know to be better? 

Specifically, is the area to the East of Washington Park passable?
