Hi everyone, what other sites do you guys use besides airbnbs to advertise your short rental listings that have shown success in both renting it out and producing great income? 

It depends on the city and how its market doing. I am guessing your rental is probably listed too high but you can always compare rentals in the area and see how much those are renting out for and if appliances are included or not. I would not fully furnish it unless youre advertising as a fully furnished rental unit or airbnb etc but the main appliances such as fridge and stove are typically expected in rentals unless of course the leases state otherwise. Simply ask the rental applicant or inform them in order to move in that they will need to provide you with proof of rental / tenant insurance that way the tenants include in their insurance that they have two Pitbull's. Hope this helps!
