Post: Financing two quads on shared large lot ???

Hi all!

I've found a great, cash-flowing deal for two four-plexes that share a common lot. My main question is this:

Is there a way to finance the purchase of the two properties separately?

The seller will only sell them together. They share a center walk-way to the front doors of the units.

Ideally, I'd use an FHA to house-hack the only vacant unit in quad A, and put down 20% on quad B, which is fully occupied.

Any and all info and suggestions welcome!
Thanks!

Lili

Hi everyone!

Lili here. I am a new investor and after putting in time and energy to educating myself and saving my money, I'm on the cusp of making my first offer!

I have a few properties in the Tulsa area that I've analyzed and am interested in putting offers in for, but I want to walk through with an inspector or GC first. I'm also interested in building relationships for other members of the team.

I'll be in Tulsa December 14-19th.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you're interested, or have any advice/info.

Best!

Lili

Hi everyone!

Lili here, I am a first-time investor looking for a couple different things:

1)  A house hack in or near the downtown area.

2) Connections to real estate agents, contractors, etc. to start building a network and deciding on a strategy for my REI (wholesaling, BRRRR, etc.)

I am a recent college grad (June 2018) with no debt, around ~$20k in savings, very low expenses, and I travel a good amount, so Airbnb can be an option as well.

Any and all advice and recommendations are more than welcome!

Thanks in advance :)
