Does anyone know if there is a list of NJ Tax sale dates and if physical, at which location for each municipal?

Thank you

Thank you all for your responses. Anyone familiar with a old software called TLM from the tax lien lady, I'm not sure if it is still active at all

Would anyone know of a updated tax lien/note tracking and management software for a small-mid size investor? I know there is a software by Vadar that are for firms that manage thousands of liens, but is there something that could be used for someone with a smaller portfolio? (Besides excell)  I recently signed up and bought a subscription for a famous property management program, but I don't feel that it is doing what we need it to do. Any input would be appreciated and helpful

Hi Any new Lien tracking software since the original post?

How can damage during an eviction be proven to the carrier if i don't have access to the premises beforehand? Thank you

Correct, and also I'm not sure if the carrier won't deny a claim with the excuse that i wasn't a landlord and i don't have any lease with the occupants. Any idea how i can get forced place coverage for a single property?

Already offered more then that, 2/3k but the broker i sent with the offer was yelled and cursed away.

I'm supposed to do an eviction on my first foreclosure of a tax cert in NJ. I'm concerned that the former owners might vandalize the property before being evicted, I have a homeowner policy that wouldn't cover intentional damage. Any ideas or solutions? I need coverage that would protect me if former owner will vandalize the house. Ty
