Not sure you understand what I am trying to do, I am not an accountant or attorney, I am trying to do what Pace might do and that is help people out of a difficult situation, it is not a conflict of interest otherwise what SubTo does might have problems, all I am trying to do is offer homeowners options, , such as take over their mortage pymt, (SUBTO)  bring their tax arrears  current, find investors interested in their property, etc, all of what SubTo offers. I get the sense that calling it a Tax Advocate, NOT a Tax Advisor or consultant ,  seems to raise Red Flags for some people that I am acting as a Tax Advisor or working with local government or the IRS, I have no such interest, just want to give homeowners potential options by presenting them with alternatives to help them out

I am seriously looking into becoming a Tax Advocate across the country,  for homeowners heading toward a tax sale. I am wanting to see if I can help these homeowners in any way possible, and still make a living doing this, BUT  I need training from a very reputable program/company, does anyone have insight as to where I should go to get this learning done, I am also an agent in California and a member of SUBTO with Pace Morby, so I am very serious in getting this done and seeing how many people out of their distress.

I am interested in investing and buying Self Storage Units, in the Columbia, Franklin or Nashville area, all other parts of Tennessee will definitely be considered, any suggestions and or mentors out there??

Where can I go to find solid Short Sale Training?  Is this a path to still look into, or have Short Sales drifted off into the Real Estate graveyard? I am in So. California where everything real estate is always so expensive!
