There are so many information on loans. Im new to investing and are looking to understand what the type of loans are available to buy rental property (single, multi family home etc).

Is there a cheat sheet available?

Hi, looking to get a portfolio going. I have two condos now, and looking to invest about 250k in a new property. ideally, i like the steady stream of renting vs short term rentals.

Im in NJ, but not sure it's the right market for me due to very high taxes and cost of houses.

Would love a property in warm weather market so potentially can use it 1-2 weeks out of the year.

Any advice? would love to connect and partner with someone.

Do what many others have and are still doing, buy rentals in the OH markets. I live on the beach (originally from, LI ) in Fl and do all my biz in Cleveland. I just picked up another, literally 20 min ago, a 3/2 sec 8 1300, all in will be 70k, value about 100k,

You are not getting anything in Fl for 250k for a STR, that will be great cash flow.

 Would love to connect

Have you considered the MidWest? Kansas City is rapidly growing and high in demand for rental properties. I'd like to connect if you'd like more information on our current market and available inventory.

Lets connect! would love to hear more

Im with you. I hate it too. I also find myself needing to pay very close attention to the board notes. Definitely trying to get out of it

Thank you all. I make about 4% on both investments. Pays for my prime resident taxes, and living expenses. I am definitely looking for a better deal.

Thank you. Rent is stable but the cost is going up. NJ is not a great market, and i would love to branch out of it

What are people preferences? i own few condo's in NJ and find the association a pain. On the other hand, not dealing with roof, pipes etc damage is a big deal for me.

Any comments/advice?

are there areas where condo's are better then houses?
