@Isis Franco wow thats amazing! I'm really excited for you :) I went to their seminar and paid for the first training only. Do you buy and hold? Yes, would be great to pick your brain a little. I just bought actually a 3 day training from New Wealth Advisors Club, they are local.. Riverside. I know they will sell more training but I found them really interested as they can fund leads you find.. anyways.. how can I get your phone number ? whatsapp?

@Naz Mc Hi Nazareth thank you for replying, I'm looking to flip my own, actually I have a couple of friends that are really interested in doing it together. So, how does your mentors help you? Do they partner up with you on the deals or they show you how to do it once you have the place?

Hello Everyone, I'm looking for a mentor in the LA area; my goal is to learn hands on how to flip houses. I'm newbie; I know the basic as I'm finishing my real estate certification at UCLA. I love rich dad poor dad book but I'm not to crazy about their seminars $$$..

How can I find good coaches that are true and trustworthy ? Any recommendations? Does anybody have used a coach before? Is it worthy in your opinion?

Thanks in advance :)

@Nate Hananger Do you know any good mentor around LA that focus on Flipping?

Hello @Jayden Hakunti do you happen to know any company in California that accepts ITIN?
