Hi @Ben Rutkevitz How did you find a foreclosure house in another city ? Do you still invest in Connecticut?

Thanks for the Tips guys :)

@Tony Yang Im taking the class in April, I feel it will be worth it somehow. They have tools/ system to find leads.. and you find one they might become a deal and they can fund it and we get a bonus and experience in the process.. Lets see.. Lets keep in touch.

Great Job!! and Its really inspiring.. these numbers make me want to go outside of Los Angeles so bad to invest..

@Nate Hananger About the assign value I think its so true! if someone really wants to learn they will def pay the $50 or $300 to a person that has the knowledge.. I would. Thanks for the tip! We will keep in touch on PM.

Hi Daniel, really interested in knowing after 12 months how is your career in RE. I've trying to find mentors as you did 12 months ago and actually just purchased a 3 day training with New Wealth Advisors Club.

@Ali Boone Hey Ali, super nice your testimony. I think I'm on the same path :) going to some seminars, reading a lot, finishing my RE certificate at ucla.. but I feel the need of a mentor.. Is your mentor a professional mentor or you found a type of partner that helped you out? I Really want to start/focus on fix and flip.
