Good morning all,

Can anyone recommend a good resource for analyzing local population growth/loss in any one area? I.e Tampa, Florida growth in the next 5 years.

I am looking to meet a group of like minded investors that are interested in commercial/mixed use/long term holdings/new development. Open to all ideas.

My thoughts have always been that it is better to own 10% of 10 good deals than 100% of 1.

Look forward to hearing back.
