Anybody has a good recommendation for a real estate attorney that can help me with the legal issues of a real estate business in the Vienna VA area. Also any I would like to know if their are any good hard-money and private money-lenders out their that I could talk to in case I find a good home to invest in.

Looking for a Real Estate Agent that will find fixer uppers and single family houses at a discount price in the 200,000-350,000 dollar area. 

Mainly focus in area in Virginia like Vienna or between 200,000 to 350,000 dollars that do need some repairs and I am looking for single family homes.

Anybody know a good real estate broker that works well with investors I want to make a partnership with them and either sell houses with them our when I wholesale I can give the fellow investor the real estate agent that I work with. 

Hey anyone know any good Tax Lawyer to get with while I get started I would like to know what my options are when I pay myself after a deal.

Thanks Greg I am just starting on this so any tips on marketing to potential sellers would be greatly appreciated I am thinking on sending direct mail to preforeclosed homes from foreclosure.com.
