recommend a good attorney and lenders

Anybody has a good recommendation for a real estate attorney that can help me with the legal issues of a real estate business in the Vienna VA area. Also any I would like to know if their are any good hard-money and private money-lenders out their that I could talk to in case I find a good home to invest in.
