I am looking for credible and honest contractors in Las Vegas. Any advise and/or referrals would be appreciated! 

Has anyone had much success lately with purchasing real estate on auction websites? I spoke with a couple investors in Las Vegas last night who informed me they found some great deals this way.

Hi Byron - welcome! I would recommend checking out the local REIA - great way to make some connections locally. The last one I went to had some great information on assessing the price of a renovation. I also saw some posts floating around about a Las Vegas BP Meetup group.
