Post: Ways, ideas to get out of debt as soon as possible?

I have lots of debt from student loan, credit cards, etc. Trying not to let it stress me out.

Went against my credit building knowledge last year (all mortgage FICO scores were close, or over 700 at the time), and took out some personal loans, which I invested in things not related to real estate.
Living paycheck to paycheck, trying to snowball my credit card debt.

What have you done to get out of debt?

This is a question that might be for people who've been in my situation, but I'm sure there is knowledge from all over BP.

Thanks in advance!

(Side note: Almost bought two homes for one price in 2017 through FHA loan, thanks to information learned from Rich Weese's book "From Janitor to Multi-Millionaire.)

Living paycheck to paycheck, trying to snowball my credit card debt.

What have you done to get out of debt, or any real estate strategy to help get you out of the hole?

P.S. I hope I have posted this in an appropriate category.

Does anyone know any wholesalers in the area? I'd like to learn how to wholesale, or co-wholesale.

I was wondering if it is easy to sell land in New Mexico, by using owner financing to sell the land?

Is it easy to just copy paperwork from county, or easy to do all the necessary paperwork to legally sell land through owner financing?

Post: Do/have you owned land with cabins, to make monthly cash?

I am interested in putting 20% down on some land that has 2 small cabins on it. I was thinking I might be able to add another one of those "rent to own" shed/cabins they are selling out here. The land is 8.5 acres near a small town, that is near a popular ski area. I found out that another road is going to be built, to get to the ski area from the back way. So hopefully the land appraises do to the new road.

Have, or do you own cabins that you rent out to make monthly cashflow?

What creative things have you done to add value to land with cabins?

Would you rent cabins to tenants, or is there more money in Air-b-n-b type rentals?

Thanks for the info Gabe.

Anyone in the community investing in Oceans Shores, WA?

I am interested in buying lots, to possibly rent RV space, or rent out cabins. Is it possible to make money in investing in lots for this type of investing, in or around Ocean Shores, WA?

Thanks for the info Rick!
