Q?  What letter or template would you use to take your offer to an investor.  I've calculated the max an investor will pay.  I'm wondering is there a template to input all info ... such as comps, comp details  and offer?

Hi Everyone!

I'm a newly licensed realtor in Cleveland, Ohio.  I've been studying Wholesale Real Estate for a while and I'm ready but still have some questions.  Driving for dollars and found so many properties I have gotten comps and calculated max investor costs.  Im stuck with how to present offers to investors, is there a template?  Thanks @Lamontay Garrett for the PO letter, it was great! Simple and straight to the point.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks and hope to see you all at the TOP!
