Can anyone help? We are currently wholesaling pre foreclosure deals, but sometime pre-foreclosure leads are not that many, that's why we want to go after pre probate properties as well, we are looking for somebody or a company who provides really good pre probate leads, we came across ProbateFox.com run by Ernie Vargas, has anyone used this company before? If so how was the results? It's just we used a company in the past they were saying they are sending people to the county and getting leads from there but it wasn't the case. Much appreciated

I've heard of ProbateFox and know it's been around for a while, but I haven't personally used them. Feedback I've seen from others in wholesaling has been mixed. Some say their leads are solid, while others feel they're just scraping public records you could access yourself with some effort. But I guess that's the point, reducing the amount of effort you have to put in while freeing up time for more productive tasks.

One thing that might be useful would be to look into using virtual assistants to scrub the data for you. You can hire effective VA's at low costs fairly quickly.

 Thank you Dominic Mazzarella

No problem, good luck with whatever you choose.

Just want to ask you do you know somebody who used probate fox?

@Chris Tracy so far I've tested realcrowd. I like them and will use them again but they are NOT a broker dealer per se.  Further, I'll be opening up FUND I this year and engaging SBRE/Fairway America for broker dealer services.

I've raised nearly 30 million on my own but going the above routes to scale faster and open up new networks of investors.  I've got a 110m track record thus far. Not sure if the above would be as effective without the track record.

All the best!

Hi @Ivan Barratt, i sent you a message, can you have a look ? Thanks
