Hello David,

I am a full-time pharmacist and and part-time real estate investor. I've been living in the valley for 4 years for school and work. I am starting out with a small property in another state which I got last year and I am looking to buy another one here in Phoenix. I don't have a team yet and consider myself a beginner. It'd be great if I can connect with you and other investers to learn more and share out knowledge.

Best

Hello all,

I am currently working as a FT pharmacist with atypical schedule. Sometime I work 9-5, weekend coverage or 8am to 8pm etc. But one thing I am certain of is that I am off every other weekend. I am trying to educate myself about real estate by reading books, watching videos and listening to podcast but I want to find another way to get involved more with real estate and make small money on the side for my investments. I am considering three options: realtor, loan officer or property manager. Due to my unusual schedule, I am not sure of what path to pursue. Could someone with more experience provide me with some tips or have stories that could help me narrow down my options ?

I'd appreciate your help. Thank you for reading.

Best,

Leon

Hello All,

I am a new investor currently residing in Phoenix,AZ. My business partner and I have been looking into the suburban areas near the outskirt of Detroit and have found some potential deals. Our experience with our current agent has been average so far and we have not closed any deals yet. I was wondering if you could recommend someone with investor mindset who worked with out-of-state investors in the past and has strong integrity and passion for win-win  situations. Any help is appreciate. Thank you for reading.

Best,

I am also a FT pharmacist, currently working in Phoenix, AZ. I've been searching for my first investment with my cousin ( also a FT pharmacist) for about a few months now. I am a follower of your blog and will definitely be interested in a meet-up or social to get to know other pharmacist investors. Best.
