What is up BP, 

I’m a long time lurker with very few posts. However I’ve made it a priority to engage with other local investors and what better way to do so than right here on BP. I’m in Phoenix AZ and I’ve been investing in Real Estate since 2014. I worked in the banking industry for the past 3 years and since November of last year have decided to dive into real estate full time as an Investor/Agent!!
