@Christopher B.,

Thanks for checking out my post my man and the warm welcome. Yeah, it does look like we are in the same general vicinity here in Michigan. I would definitely be down to connect with you and see if there is any way that I can add value to the work you’re already doing. Looking forward to it!

@Mike Mocek,

Thank you for the insightful post my friend! I have been to the Toledo area in the past, but pre becoming a REI. I actually went to college down in Urbana for a year back in 2011. You highlighted many of the reasons that the Toledo market interests me for sure. I would definitely like to connect with you and further discuss any opportunities or leads you may know of in the area. I do have a small, but mighty :), Power team in place currently

Happy Friday All!

I am a new REI currently located in Ann Arbor, MI! I am looking to collaborate on a JV with other like minded individuals in the Toledo, OH area! Really looking to purchase several positive cash flowing MFHs but would be open to exploring SFHs if the deal makes sense for us! Hope to connect with someone soon!

Appreciate the welcome, Abe! Right now I'm looking locally here in Michigan, but would be open to the right deal in another area if the opportunity presented itself. I see you have ties with Columbus, you're not too far from me here in Ann Arbor. Maybe we can connect?

What's up Noah,

Nice to read about another young new investor's early beginnings. Like you I am also trying to get my feet wet with my first property using the House hack strategy as well. I am located in Ann Arbor, which is not too far from you in Cleveland. Maybe we could touch bases and kick some ideas back and forth.

Greetings and peace all!

 I am a brand new real estate investor, who is actively looking to House Hack my first property in the next couple of months! I am really looking to embark on this Generational Wealth building journey, and would love to connect and be a part of a team of like-minded individuals.

I am very grateful to have stumbled upon the BiggerPockets community. My hope is to be able to learn from other Investors in this community, while adding value in anyway that I can!

Good Evening Ed,

I stumbled across this thread via Google, while searching for helpful resources to get more educated on Wholesaling myself. My ultimate goal is to build capital, to eventually get into franchising with restaurants.

As this thread is over 2 years old, I am wondering how much success you have seen in real estate since your initial start with wholesaling yourself? Thanks in advance for sharing!
