@Ola Dantis Thanks Ola! I really appreciate the advice and will definitely continue to read and do more research. Just signed up for PRO after last night's webinar on BP so I want to take some time to go through the webinar archives. Absolutely looking forward to hearing what @JoeFairless & @MichaelBlank have to say. Also, any thoughts on the BRRRR strategy in the Baltimore market? Thanks again!

@Christian Sifuentes Thank you very much same to you!

Happy Friday everyone. I'm new to the BP community and REI in general. My interest is in small multifamily (3-4 units) properties in Baltimore MD. I have been doing research nonstop and finally decided on the type of investments I would like to focus on. I wanted to see if there's any recommended real estate agents in the Baltimore area that have experience with multifamily property investors. Any recommendations/advice is appreciated.

@Michael L.

I want to thank you for sharing your story so far. I don't currently own any property but I am looking to invest in a multi-family property by the end of this year and have been spending a lot of time learning and researching realistic areas for my situation. I have to say your experience with a turnkey provider (both good and bad) has been extremely inspiring. I hope things continue to go well for you. Thanks again.
