@Robert Boban Thanks for asking.... My wife and I have been looking looking in Gage Park area, close to home and can find 3-4 units at a reasonable price. How about yourself?

@Lucas Hammer your absolutely correct when it comes to finding properties west of Western for under 400k. If I'm paying top dollars I'm looking for a lot of doors not just a 3 flat should have been more specific. I have noticed a lot of 2-3 flats with 2br units, thanks for the heads up.

@Matthew Olszak interested in the West Pilsen, east Douglas park area and around Mt. Sinai hospital. Building a relationship with a small bank and hope to receive a approval letter sometime next week. I have a decent amount of cash on hand searching for properties under 400k that need rehab work.

Hello BP,

My wife and I are looking to purchase our first 3+ multi unit complex in chicago mainly around 60608 (Lower westside) but are having trouble finding leads. I'm looking to network with people who are in the neighborhood that can share their thoughts/experience. Any advice would be great! Thanks
