thank you for the insight... when you say "no" I assume you mean this will not cause an issue? I do have a pile (large stack: purchases/refunds) of receipts as it pertains to those such as Home Depot and Lowes for example. The other receipts such as handyman, electrician, tile installer only have my rental property address on just a couple due to the contractors either mailing them to my home or not detail oriented in that regard.

I believe I may have created a newbie error for by NOT having all my home repair receipts have my rental property address listed on them. Many receipts provided either have no address or they used my home address instead. Is this going to cause an issue for me when it comes to deducting these expenses? Normally I'd consider myself savvy when it comes to record keeping but believe I made a huge oversight. Any insight would be greatly appreciated as my CPA is on vacation. Thank you in advance!
