I am closing on a SFH property in Gainesville GA in an hour. I have long term tenants lined up to view tomorrow, however I am seriously considering adding a glamp site to the property. the I would do STR.

I would like to find a local PM who could help with determining which would be ideal here. Of course they would be getting all my properties I buy in the area. I don’t want Self manage at all.

Any recommendations?

Hey all, I have a question about this.

I used a VA Loan to purchase, but then received a better job offer in another city like very close after. Will I be punished in some way or how do I handle this scenario? I don't want to pass on a better job that's been in a field I have been trying mg for, for years. But it happened maybe a month apart.

I am looking for a Property Manager in Columbus for my 4 unit located near The OSU. I have prospective tenants ready to move in the only vacant unit, which is furnished. However, I need someone to be boots on the ground as I travel extensively for my job.

Thoughts everyone?
